Chef’s Bio

Russel Cunningham started his culinary career in Austin, TX and has been a member of the American Culinary Federation since 1995. Chef Cunningham has worked in many aspects of the culinary field from fine dining, hotels, and country clubs around the country including Texas, Maryland, Washington D.C., Miami Beach, and now St Louis, Missouri for the last 9 years at St Louis Union Station Hotel. Chef Cunningham is a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Administrator with the American Culinary Federation . Since moving to St Louis, Russel has been active in the community with fundraising for the American Cancer Society’s “Real Men Wear Pink” campaign, has made appearances on local news stations showcasing recipes and restaurant openings, and most recently appeared on “Project Fire” on PBS as a guest chef.
